Booking & Cancellation Policies

The following policies apply to our shark fishing trips. For hosted trips, please refer our travel partner’s website.

Please call or e-mail us to discuss and confirm your trip dates. Trips should be booked at least 60 days in advance.
After your trip date is confirmed, you must make a deposit of 50%. If booking 60 days or more in advance, your deposit is due within 10 days of booking the trip. If booking less than 60 days in advance, your deposit is due within 2 days of booking. If your deposit is not received in time, your reservation may be cancelled.
You can cancel 30 days or more in advance of your trip, and receive a full refund. If you need to cancel less than 30 days in advance of your trip, you can reschedule your trip, or you will forfeit your entire deposit.

The balance of your trip fees must be paid in cash by the end of your trip, or by credit card on our website within 1 day of the end of your trip. You can use the buttons on our “Book a Trip” page to pay the balance.
We may need to cancel your trip due to weather or fishing conditions. If this occurs, we will reschedule your trip, or give you a full refund.
