Our fast and stable 26 ft Caymas HB is the perfect ocean wildlife viewing platform. Just a short run from our home base in Mission Bay, we’ll put you in safe viewing distance of Blue, Gray, Minke, and Finback whales during their annual migrations: south in the Fall and Winter, and north in the Spring and Summer. The Spring and Summer migration is truly special, as newborn calves join their parents on their trek to Arctic waters.
Bottlenose dolphin, porpoise, seals and sea lions are around all year, as they live in our local waters. Plus we sometimes encounter Risso’s and spinner dolphin, pilot whales and once in a blue moon, Orcas!
Shark Observation
San Diego is one of the world’s best locations to view sharks from a small skiff. You can see great whites, makos, and blue sharks just a short boat ride from our home base in Mission Bay, San Diego, CA.
The beautiful calm waters off the San Diego coast are the perfect environment to view and appreciate these creatures all year around. Small, private groups of 4 people on our custom skiffs can safely view adult and juvenile sharks within site of land any time of year.
Our friendly and personable captains have over 45 years of experience in these local waters and are also wildlife and/or marine biologists who love sharks! They’ll teach you all about this wonderfully unique ocean environment.
